Dr. Ravi Ratan is a renowned aromatherapist from Mumbai, India. Author of Handbook of Aromatherapy and pioneer of Chakra Healing & Balancing, Dr. Ratan comes from a lineage of healers and teachers having achieved his Masters of Science (Zoology) followed by D.Sc, he runs a Mind, body Center at Mumbai along with his psycho- aromatherapist wife Dr. Minoo Ratan. He has also done extensive clinical and research work using essential oils for health, healing and wellness, especially stress management, healing of un-healing ulcers, wounds and sores, pain management etc. In his practice of aromatherapy Dr. Ratan has combined the ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern aromatherapy principles and created his oil anointments for seven Chakras (the body’s energy centers) which have been found very effective in restoring the healthy balance of mind, body & spirit. Dr. Ratan also does energy field imaging before and after healing work on chakras. Dr. Ratan is a healer and teacher par excellence.
